NPH-8-100AH onboard pressure sensor description
The NovaSensor NPH series solid-state pressure sensor is a pressure sensor that encapsulates a silicon sensor chip (chip) in a standard TO-8 package suitable for PCB (printed circuit board) installation.
VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) technology and * * * silicon microfabrication technology are used to strain silicon resistors through ion implantation to form the desired Wheatstone bridge structure, which is formed on the silicon diaphragm of the microfabrication. Constant current excitation results in a linear relationship between the voltage output generated by the sensor and the pressure output.
Users can build signal conditioning circuits to amplify the output signal of 100mV. This sensor is suitable for most non corrosive gases and dry air.
The photolithography thick film resistor circuit on the mixed ceramic substrate provides temperature compensation for the sensor.
